Meditation Session with Myall Wellbeing

Time: 7:00 am– 7:30 am
Location: Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Summer Garden

Join Emma Pugsley, owner and founder of Myall Wellbeing. Following a corporate career spanning more than 29 years in senior finance roles, and with first- hand experience of how the sedentary and demanding nature, the ‘strive to survive’ mindset has such a negative impact on health and wellbeing, Emma started Myall in 2019 primarily to provide support to busy working people, offering private and bespoke yoga and wellbeing sessions and workshops.

There is no better way to start your day than spending 30-minutes to practise mindfulness, incorporating breathe practise and chair yoga in business attire friendly sessions.

Emma will guide and lead you through this short session, sharing tips and tricks of how practising mindfulness, in a variety of small “self-care snack” bites throughout your busy day can improve your overall wellbeing, clarity of mind, physical energy, emotional state, building resilience and improving your productivity.
